As an Airline Customer Account Associate, you will act as a key supporting role in liaising between operations, engineering, materials, and sales to define, create and maximize value for both the end customer and the business, while maintaining a high-quality product/service and delivery. You will also support in commercial activities related to the customer’s relationship, account and MRO event/transaction within the Business. What you’ll do: Supports program managers and account leads in soliciting, managing, and executing customer contracts and expectations, including onboarding, requirements gathering, reports, customer visits, and updates.
