Job Title: Speech Pathologist Department: Rehabilitation-Therapy: Location: DeMay Living Center; 100 Sunset Park, Newark, NY Hours Per Week: As needed (Shifts can be between 2-8 hours long) Schedule: Days and Evenings available: SUMMARY: As a Speech Pathologist, your compassion, patience and dedication to assisting patients with their communication abilities greatly enhances their quality of life. ATTRIBUTES: - Prior Speech-Language Pathology experience is preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communications skills - Kind and patient-focused EDUCATION: MS: Speech Pathology (Required) - Patient Evaluation & Development. Meet the patient's goals and needs by providing quality, evidence based care; assess, develop and implement an individualized treatment plan - Patient Care.
