As a nationwide NDIS provider, we deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-care, and community wellness. We’re currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and resilient male SIL House Lead to support a male participant with ASD Level, complex behaviours and high physical support needs. This is a permanent part-time, fly-in fly-out (FIFO) role from Brisbane to Mackay. The role requires a calm, confident support worker who can provide consistent structure, emotional regulation support, and safe, proactive behaviour management.
