Job Title : Production Operator Location : Hillsdale, Sydney: Overview of Role: We are looking for a dedicated and quality-driven Production Operator to join our fast-paced team in the promotional product industry. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining decoration equipment used to personalize products such as pens, drinkware, bags, flashlights, and other promotional items. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality product output through various decoration methods including pad printing, laser engraving, UV printing, sublimation, and screen printing. What you will do: - Operate light industrial machinery for product decoration in accordance with daily production targets - Ensure the accurate fulfilment and quality of decorated products according to specifications - Perform in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with internal quality standards - Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures consistently - Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment at all times - Perform basic machine adjustments during product changeovers to maintain production flow - Identify, troubleshoot, and report machine performance issu...
