Transaction Analyst Full-time, Permanent: 5 Days Onsite (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm) Dublin, Ireland: The Position: A Senior Transaction Analyst reports to an Assistant Transaction Manager of the Governance & Transaction Services team and will have responsibility for the legal, corporate and administrative affairs relating to a portfolio of clients within the Capital Markets team. The Senior Analyst is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and assisting the team with project work and training. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in ensuring all on-going statutory, legal and transactional obligations of the SPVs we manage, in structured finance and securitisation deals, are met and ensuring good corporate governance throughout. - Assisting with the coordination and oversight of pan-European securitisation transactions from a governance, compliance and administrative perspective. - Assisting with organising, convening (including the preparation of board packs) and attending client board and committee meetings.
