Client Care Representative - VERC Veterinary Emergency + Referral Center of Hawaii (VERC) is a 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary hospital providing advanced medical care across the Hawaiian Islands. Our team of board-certified specialists and highly trained emergency professionals work collaboratively in a modern, state-of-the-art facility equipped with in-house laboratory services, ultrasonography, CT, MRI, and electrochemotherapy. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of emergency and specialty veterinary medicine while delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to our patients and their families. We are seeking a full-time Client Care Representative to support front desk and client service operations in a fast-paced emergency and specialty hospital environment. This role is critical to ensuring a positive client experience by providing professional, compassionate, and efficient service at all times.
