As a Financial Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and offer financial products and services that meet the customers' needs . As a Financial Sales Representative, a typical day might look like this: - Collaborate with team members during the morning hud dle and discuss sales goals for the day. - Greet and develop rapport with members who enter the financial center or call on the telephone . - Answer a member 's question about the auto loan application process. - Ask a member open-ended questions about their financial goals and recommend products and services based on their needs . - Follow up with a member who recently opened an account. - Chat briefly with your manager to discuss wins, challenges and progress on sales goals. - Call members to share a new promotion for which they may qualify.
