For over 100 years, Maguire has been an industry leader in the fabrication, construction, and maintenance of water storage tanks and elevated water towers. The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to project managers in their day-to-day operations. Additionally, the project coordinator may perform project management duties on his or her own small projects. May perform other duties as assigned. - Maintain and communicate crew / job schedule. - Prepare submittals. - Prepare job summaries. - Write purchase orders. - Communicate with customers. - Coordinate material deliveries and removal. - Coordinate minor site work as needed as required per project or Project Manager. - Work within Maguire’s ERP system. - Develop Maguire Maintenance Project Inspection Reports. - Develop Maguire Maintenance Project Permitting.
