Day (United States of America) Strategic Sourcing Coordinator This is administrative contract management work. The coordinator will monitor contract processing procedures and activities, review contract requests and proposals, and ensure contracts are routed timely and efficiently. In addition, the coordinator will work in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Team to ensure that sourcing activities are completed as appropriate based on the needs of the organization. Contract Routing & Coordination: Sourcing Team Support & Contract Lifecycle Management - Review legal, business, and other relevant documents that support contracting agreements. - Communicate with stakeholders to request missing or unclear information and required documentation. - Coordinate the contract review process to ensure smooth and timely routing, including tracking progress, managing time‑sensitive or expedited requests, and obtaining contract signatures. - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy related to contracts and the routing process. - Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to gather required information for...
