Job Overview: This position assists facilities management with day-to-day operations of the department by participating in, performing, and documenting installation, maintenance, and repair of facility related equipment. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties: - Plan for assigned work orders including materials, parts, training, and other requirements to ensure that facility related equipment projects and installations are executed in an efficient manner. - Perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance on the following site utilities and related equipment: compressed air, vacuum, chilled water, boilers, humidifiers, HVAC air handling units, de-ionized water, variable speed drives, plumbing, hot water, furnaces, refrigerators and freezers, exhaust...
