Description Corrigan Krause is seeking an experienced State and Local Tax Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing state and local tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for our clients. Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: - Oversee state and local tax compliance and consulting engagements. - Provide guidance on complex tax issues and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality tax solutions. - Coach, mentor, and review work of staff and seniors; provide clear expectations, timely feedback, and tailored development plans. - Partner with Firm Directors, Assurance, and Client Service teams to integrate SALT considerations into broader client strategies. - Deliver internal training sessions on SALT fundamentals, legislative updates, and best practices; promote knowledge sharing and a culture of excellence.
