Role: ​ Operational Resilience Change Specialist – Resilience By Design (12 month FTC) Location: London: Contract Type: Contract: Work Pattern: Full Time and Hybrid About The Job: We are looking for an experienced Resilience Change specialist to augment our ' Resilience By Design' function which manage s the delivery and embedding of resilience within our ch ange framework . You will ensure our compliance with regulatory requirements and mature our resilience position within major change projects As an insurance firm we simply won’t be able to function effectively without operational resilience capabilities. The team ensure we understand, respond and proactively strengthen our ability to withstand severe disruptions as well as mitigating critical risk factors. This role will be focussed on embedding our existing resilience framework in specific major change projects , working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners . Your colleagues within the Resilience team each have a slightly different primary focus, with the same strategic goals.
