The Accounting & Finance Manager oversees and performs daily accounting activities, contributes to financial planning and analysis, and provides guidance, oversight, and coaching to members of the accounting team. The role ensures accurate financial records, meaningful and timely reporting, and efficient workflows that support informed organizational decision-making, while consistently modeling and championing Lighthouse’s core values.
