JOB DESCRIPTION: Compensation: $55,700 - $104,600 Purpose: The Account Manager, Healthcare & Senior Living is responsible for promoting Sysco/FreshPoint's products and services, building relationships with new accounts, and managing existing customer relationships. This role focuses on helping customers succeed while achieving company sales and profit goals. The Account Manager provides day-to-day support to customers, manages order inquiries, ensures MDA (Master Distribution Agreement) compliance, identifies opportunities to increase share of wallet, and utilizes CRM tools for effective account management. Responsibilities: - Sales Growth & Share of Wallet: Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet with existing customers through face-to-face meetings, market trend analysis, product recommendations, collaboration with specialists/brokers, and value-added service offerings.
