Role overview: This role requires a team player with flair and commercial ability, and the skill, energy and determination to help drive and develop the business alongside the General Manager. We are looking for a manager with experience of maintaining and developing the standards and reputation, whilst nurturing a growing membership base and team. Responsibilities: Responsible for the operational running of the gym at all times. Opening and closing site when required due to operational hours of the business. Expectation to work early in the morning, late weekdays, and weekends.
