Job description

Description In coordination with the Director of Logistics, the Warehouse Supervisor leads daily WINGS warehouse operations to ensure the safe processing of new and donated goods by trained staff and volunteers. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Director of Logistics with daily warehouse operations, including training, scheduling, and supervising staff and volunteers; monitoring workflows to meet processing goals; enforcing safety, security, and sanitation standards; and ensuring compliance with all warehouse policies and procedures. - Supervise distribution center operations, including managing inventory control, overseeing receiving, and planning seasonal inventory, to ensure timely intake, accurate documentation, and product integrity. - Collaborate with Resale Store Managers to maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensuring the right items are available at the right stores, on time, and correctly priced - Partner with the Manager of Volunteer Services to recruit and retain volunteers, improve the volunteer program, and effectively deploy both individuals and large groups - Foster a positive, professional work environment while motivating staff and volunteers to achieve proces...
