iSoftStone, Inc. is Seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer to join our Team in Carson, CA! *THIS IS A ONE YEAR W2 CONTRACT, PART-TIME POSITION* PART-TIME SCHEDULE IS 16 HOURS ONSITE PER WEEK – MONDAY AND THURSDAY OR FRIDAY We are seeking a senior-level Operations Engineer to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for office staff, game developers, and production teams. The successful candidate will maintain workplace systems and network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and rapid incident resolution. Responsibilities : • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support (hardware, OS, software, peripherals). Qualifications: - Support game development workstations and performance-critical tools. - Troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches). - Maintain on-prem servers, storage, virtualization, and build pipelines. - Monitor system health, resolve incidents, and escalate when required. - Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and operational runbooks. - Improve IT workflows, automation, and service efficiency. - Support CI/CD systems, version control, and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Perforce). - Five+ years in IT operations, service desk,...
