What are we looking for in an Accounts Receivable Representative? As a member of our Finance department, the Accounts Receivable Representative works to maximize revenue by maintaining accurate financial accounts for each client. This position will serve as the primary customer service contact for insurance companies regarding benefit coverage, insurance billing, eligibility, medical necessity, authorizations, and credentialing requirements. The Accounts Receivable Representative will coordinate with clinical staff and support staff to ensure that payment requirements are communicated to clients and billing issues are resolved quickly.
