Responsibilities We're seeking a Business Process Consultant to provide expert resource analysis and financial management support to a department front office. This role focuses on comprehensive financial management support, budget execution monitoring and optimization, and fiscal compliance. The successful candidate will provide expert-level resource analysis and financial management support for current and next-year budget activities in a fast-paced front office environment. Primary Responsibilities: Budget Execution and Financial Management: - Support annual budget build including program budget submission and budget justification materials for current and next fiscal year. - Monitor daily budget execution and provide regular status updates with proactive issue identification. - Manage strategic repurposing of current and prior-year funds to maximize execution. - Track unliquidated obligations (ULOs), coordinate fund repurposing, and facilitate end-of-year closeout activities prior-year fund resolution.
