Description We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong working knowledge of HR practices, enjoys supporting employees and candidates, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as an important point of contact for HR-related questions, onboarding support, employee records, compliance tracking, unemployment claims, insurance documentation, safety committee participation, and general HR administration. This individual must be highly organized, professional, confidential, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing excellent service to employees, candidates, managers, and external partners. The ideal candidate is a team player who brings initiative, sound judgment, strong administrative skills, and a willingness to support both day-to-day HR operations and broader compliance needs.
