Job Title: Content Specialist Department: IR0003 Marketing and Admissions Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager The Content Specialist is responsible for creating, curating, and managing compelling content that supports student recruitment, brand positioning, and engagement across digital and offline channels. This role will ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across all touchpoints, driving awareness and conversion. This position will work closely with the Digital Campaign Specialist and CRM and Performance Specialist to align marketing and sales activity with institutional priorities and will involve a wide range of duties, including writing and editing, strategic planning, performance analysis, and collaborating with other teams to ensure content is relevant, consistent, and effective for marketing and communication objectives.
