About the team and role: The Workplace & Real Estate Operations Lead plays a critical role in enabling how Klaviyo’s workplaces and employee experiences operate at scale. This role sits within the Communications, Workplace and Experiences team and serves as the operational backbone across workplace operations, real estate, and employee experience programs.
