Position Summary: Supports and manages property operations and projects for a portfolio of neighborhood and community shopping centers, including janitorial services, landscaping, HVAC maintenance, lighting and electrical systems, roof and parking lot maintenance, general building repairs, and other directed projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct rigorous, daily on-site walkthroughs. The operations manager is the final eye on every detail, ensuring the portfolio maintains an elite level of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic perfection. - Guarantee the peak performance of all fire/life safety and vertical transportation systems. Proactively identify and remediate deficiencies in pavers, concrete, and stucco to preserve the asset’s premium curb appeal. - Own the Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) and environmental compliance. Ensure all drainage, runoff, and hazardous materials protocols strictly exceed regulatory and company standards. - Exercise oversight over Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and Capital Expenditures.
