Industrial Controls & Automation Technician (Maintenance) Location: Henrico, VA Employment Type: Full Time Schedule: Day Shift, typically 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility to support other shifts as needed Starting Rate: $38.00/hour (higher based on experience) Role Summary: We are hiring a skilled Industrial Controls & Automation Technician to support maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in keeping automated production systems running efficiently by troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving electrical and control systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in PLC programming, industrial automation, and equipment maintenance who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
