What You’ll Do: As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will: - Support financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities. - Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results. - Analyze manufacturing costs, and overall financial performance. - Provide insights for site management, S&OP, and global reporting. - Support budgeting processes using key assumptions and business inputs. - Validate productivity initiatives and capital investments (CAPEX). - Ensure accuracy across P&L and balance sheet reporting. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling). - Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred). - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. - Ability to t...
