Job Summary The hybrid Application and Business Analyst is a detail-oriented and technically skilled role. This hybrid role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions. An individual in this role will have experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance, usability, and alignment with organizational goals. This individual will work closely with other members of the Information Technology Team and business stakeholders to customize, configure, and support existing applications required to deliver Cirrus Aircraft business capabilities. This role requires the ability to think systemically, learn new technology and work with evolving requirements and business demands within the context of Cirrus’ information technology roadmap. This position will be part of the Information Technology team.
