About the job: This is a fast-paced position responsible for handling a significant volume of in-bound and in-person inquiries from Potential New clients (PNCs). The intake Specialist plays a critical role in client experience and case intake accuracy. You are expected to handle emotionally charged situations with composure, respond to calls efficiently and accurately, and collaborate closely with attorneys, investigators, and paralegals in a fast-moving environment.
