The Enterprise Analytics Senior Manager plays a leadership role in executing the Caesars Entertainment ‘Enterprise Analytics’ department mission of providing world class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and being a reliable business partner for key operational areas, specifically Hospitality (Hotel / Food & Beverage / Retail / Conventions). The Senior Manager will mentor, train and guide analysts while leading complex analytical initiatives to maximize the team’s impact on the organization. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college 3+ years of professional work (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated business acumen for the Casino industry; can articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance Very strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through well-structured and communicated analyses Advanced skills in SQL and ideally one or more of the following programming languages: R, VBA, SAS, Python, and experience in working with Google BigQuery.
