Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience in immigration court, including handling Individual Calendar Hearings (ICH), Master Calendar Hearings (MCH), bond hearings, USCIS interviews, and post-conviction relief. Experience with criminal hearings and state juvenile court or guardianship hearings is a plus. The candidate must also demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills.
