Job DetailsJob Location: Hope Valley Country Club - Durham, NC 27707Position Type: Part-Time (Less than 30 hours a week)Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 HourlyHope Valley Country Club is looking for a Member Experience Coordinator which will provide high level office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Member Experience Coordinator will also greet members and guests in a personable, friendly, and professional manner. This position will report to the Club Assistant General Manager. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing immediate attention to all members and guests upon entry. Maintaining a positive attitude with all staff and members. Answering the phone with the proper greeting and communicating in a polite and effective manner. Billing for member events in general Adding and updating member information in club directory, newsletter and website. Other administrative duties as assigned by the Department Heads Club calendar support, updates, scheduling, and logistics, including the tracking for all registrations.
