Position overview: CoreWeave is building out its next generation of data center infrastructure through a growing portfolio of joint ventures and variable interest entities. As we scale from a single JV to a multi-entity, multi-partner portfolio — including structures that require ongoing VIE analysis and potential consolidation — we are building the accounting function to match.
