FACULTY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY AND GLOBAL CULTURES: Part-Time Lecturer Pool Position: POSITION AVAILABLE : The Department of History and Global Cultures seeks one or more part-time lecturers for a pool from which instructors will be considered for teaching appointments as they become available for Fall Semester 2026 and Spring Semester 2027. Teaching appointments are in the disciplines of Anthropology and History, as well as two interdisciplinary majors, Global Studies and History-Social Science (Teacher Preparation Concentration). THE DEPARTMENT : History and Global Cultures offers a range of lower- and upper-division undergraduate courses to approximately 250 majors pursuing four undergraduate BA degrees and one graduate MA degree: Anthropology BA Global Studies BA: History BA: History-Social Science (Teacher Preparation Concentration) BA History MA: Department faculty also instruct students completing General Education requirements and a Public History Certificate.
