About the Role: We are looking for a Junior Power Electronics Test Engineer to join our Electronics Team. This role is the critical bridge between our Electronics, Test & Integration, and Manufacturing teams. You will own the testing, debugging, and validation of power conversion systems—from building test benches to diagnosing field failures. Responsibilities: - Build and operate power electronics test benches - Execute functional, performance, and stress testing on motor drives and power products (AC/DC, DC/AC, DC/DC) - Perform lab measurements to validate design performance—voltage, current, power, efficiency, switching waveforms, thermal, and EMI - Support Manufacturing and Test & Integration teams with hardware troubleshooting - Diagnose failed field equipment and conduct root cause analysis - Create and execute test plans and procedures - Document results, failures, and corrective actions - Maint...
