About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi‑skilled trades team in delivering high-quality, customer‑focused maintenance services. You will play a key role in ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards, while upholding safety, quality and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and support the maintenance team to deliver effective, customer-focused services. Manage team recruitment, training, performance and development in line with company policies. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and responsibly, with attention to cleanliness, noise and dust control. Oversee work scheduling, productivity and the achievement of key performance indicators. Conduct property inspections, prepare detailed reports and produce specifications for works.
