WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Regional Social Worker Manager will serve as a liaison between the operations leadership team, the Divisional Manager Social worker, and field Social workers of the assigned area. This person will act as a resource and subject matter expert, will support the delivery of excellent psycho social care, and will assist in the improvement of quality outcomes by providing direction and guidance. This person will carry a reduced patient caseload.
