Youth Field Organizer

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and self-directed Part-Time Youth Field Organizer to expand and strengthen NCAAT youth civic engagement efforts in Greensboro and Charlotte. The youth field organizer will be working under the supervision of the Youth Engagement Director. This role will play a key part in growing youth membership, supporting campus organizing, and increasing nonpartisan voter participation among AAPI and broader youth communities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and passionate about youth leadership and civic engagement. Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently enrolled in school and have flexible daytime availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Targeted Youth Outreach 2. Relationship Building and Campus Engagement Support 3. Voter Registration Coordination 4.
