Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job description

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #721159, located at: 990 US Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501. This is a new store Scheduled to open on/about 15 June 2026. This role will require training shifts at multiple locations. Training locations may include the Moorhead and Fergus Falls Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores. This is a part-time role with pay starting between $16.50 and $17.02 Hourly. This role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
