Title: Maintenance Mechanic IV (12pm-8pm shift) Department: Plant Maintenance: Campus Location: Arnold/Main Campus: Salary Range: $28.41-$35.51/hour: Work Mode: This position requires a full-time in-person presence on campus or at alternative locations. Hours Per Week: 40: Work Schedule: Position Type: Full-Time Staff, Non-Exempt Position Summary: Responsible for the overall material condition of their assigned building(s) and immediate surroundings. The mechanic will perform routine and preventive maintenance repairs as well as initiate and respond to work order requests for service. The mechanic will support learning programs by maintaining furniture inventories at designated levels and in good repair. The mechanic will generate work requests, as needed, for custodial service to maintain facility cleanliness and hygiene at or above acceptable standards.
