Wherever VOAC goes, it combines relationship-building, volunteers and quality services to lift and support our neighbor’s efforts to become self-sufficient and reach their full potential. **The Operations Supervisor for the Lakewood Navigation Center is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Center’s daily operations. This role works closely with the Program Supervisor to ensure that policies and procedures are implemented in a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed way. The Lakewood Navigation Center serves 103 unaccompanied individuals in a congregate shelter setting, providing embedded support services tailored to client needs.
