We are seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) who enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment and is eager to develop their veterinary and customer skills alongside a welcoming, committed team. Schedule: - Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with scheduling - Perform client check-in and check-out, including collecting patient information and processing payments - Room patients and obtain accurate medical histories as needed - Support doctors and technicians with patient care, treatments, and routine procedures - Assist with vaccine appointments and basic patient handling - Help with diagnostics, sample collection, and in-house laboratory work when needed - Maintain accurate and timely medical reco...
