Position Summary Copa Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech to provide quality services to empower and support individuals with mental health disabilities live an everyday lifestyle. Services are provided in congregate residential setting. A BHT promotes active treatment and a positive environment for individuals as identified in their treatment plan / behavior plan. Key Responsibilities - Provide consistent monitoring to the wellbeing of the individuals served to provide a positive, supportive and structured environment. - Assist, teach, coach, and mentor individuals in skills of daily living to include but is not limited to housekeeping, personal hygiene and grooming, budgeting, shopping, community activities and community resources to achieve treatment goals identified in the individuals treatment plan, behavior plan, or vision recovery. - Provide consistent...
