Position Summary/Purpose: As a Lope Shops Retail Associate you provide front end customer service for the Lope Shops. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions: - Work at assigned locations: Lope Shop, Team Shop, Hotel Shop, Stadium Shop, or Baseball Shop. - Display proper customer service to all who walk into the stores. - Ensure daily list of staff to-do’s is executed. - Work sporting and special events around campus. - Assist in stocking, cleaning, and maintaining of the all Lope Shops locations. - Know all aspects of the POS system, including returns and department charges. - Assist with inventory receiving and transferring​. - Be a team player and continually strive for excellence. Qualifications: Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record Experience/Education: Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy.
