Overview As a People Partner at Auterion you are a key point of contact when it comes to advising team members and managers on people topics, such as company policies, processes, and tools. You are a well-rounded professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices, processes, compliance and labor law, and you have a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You enjoy and value effective collaboration with team members, managers and other internal and external stakeholders. You’ve managed day-to-day HR functions in an international organization before, and you enjoy contributing to strategic HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and development across the organization.
