Openmart is an SF-based, YC-backed startup building a modern database of local businesses and the tools around it. Our customers include DoorDash, Whatnot, and Alibaba . We’re looking for a Growth Lead who wants to build and scale growth from the ground up. This is a strong fit for someone who is product-minded, highly scrappy, and excited to run experiments across acquisition, activation, and distribution. What you’ll do: - Own growth strategy and execution across key channels - Run fast experiments to improve user acquisition, activation, and conversion - Identify growth hacks and high-leverage distribution opportunities - Promote Openmart across social media and help grow our presence online - Create and test content, messaging, and campaigns that drive awareness and user growth - Help shape Openmart’s brand and positioning in the market What we’re looking for: This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate with a lot of ownership and help define growth at an early-stage company. - Strong product sense and judgment - AI-native and excited to use new tools to move faster - High ownership and willingness to move quickly - Comfortable getting hands-on across growth, distributi...
