What's the Short Version? The Production Planner is responsible for managing and executing inventory depth targets for specific product categories. What Will You Be Doing?: - Accurately analyze and forecast style, color and size demand for specific product categories. - Manage monthly projections and adjustments. - Manage and develop orders to support target depth of inventory and flow plans - Review website to ensure product descriptions and other information is accurately presented. - Proactively react to changes in business and work with internal/external partners to replenish inventory as quickly as possible. - Partner with Production Planning Assistant to monitor orders and to expedite as needed. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Comply with all policies and standards. What Are We Looking For?: - Bachelor's Degree Preferred - 4-6 years of applicable work experience - Proficient with Microsoft Excel - Detail oriented individual with strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills - Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality - Responsive to staff needs including professionalism, respe...
