Job Description The Distributed Construction team at MiTek is transforming the construction industry by advancing a digitally enabled, data-driven approach to design, manufacturing, and delivery. Leveraging BIM/VDC, advanced manufacturing, and industrial engineering principles to redefine how buildings are planned and executed at scale. The Industrial Engineer is a hands-on, technical contributor position responsible for owning, maintaining, updating, and executing decision-support algorithms that inform logistics, supply chain, and operations decisions across modular construction projects. This role will focus on ensuring that analytical models and algorithms are robust, scalable, and consistently applied to new projects, while also improving them over time based on learnings, data, and evolving business needs. This role bridges theory and execution by turning industrial engineering methods into repeatable, production-ready decision-support tools.
