As a Driller you will be supervising the drilling crew, you will act as a first responder for well control, and lead the crew on operation of the rig. Responsibilities: As a Driller what role will you play on our team: Supervise five employees in the Drilling Rigs. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees. Equipment operation: Operates the drilling rig and the daily, hands on drilling of and integrity of the wellbore in accordance with the drilling program. Operates surface well control equipment.
