Job description

As Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of the Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct (Perth Park) by ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier and subcontractor payments. Working closely with site and finance teams, your attention to detail will help keep work moving smoothly on this complex, high-profile project. This is a hands-on role where your contribution directly supports site operations and strong commercial outcomes on one of Western Australia’s most significant developments. About the role: - Setting up vendor accounts in the finance system - Processing invoice data with a high level of accuracy - Managing the accounts inbox and responding to basic queries - Downloading, saving and reconciling supplier statements - Supporting payment checks and other AP tasks as required Skills and experience required: - Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills - Basic understanding of GST or willingness to learn - Experience using finance systems or similar software - Confident using Excel and Word at an intermediate level - Ability to organise tasks, meet deadlines and work well in a team Seymour Whyte benefits: - Generous bonus progra...
