As our Technical Talent Sourcer , you’ll be the engine behind our talent pipeline. You’ll join our People & Culture team, working closely with our Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers across departments. You’ll own the top of the funnel for priority tech roles, map the market, source targeted talent and hand over qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers. What you will be doing: Research and map the quantum and deep-tech talent landscape across Europe and US, identifying target companies, academic groups, research institutes, and emerging talent pools.
