Receives training from the Facility Director in the following: Budgets; Children & Families Services licensure and monitors; and Department of Corrections regulations and monitors. Assists in the monitoring of all contracts. Attends all Department Head meetings. Weekly progress meeting with Facility Director Assists in the evaluation of Department Heads Conducts monthly Department Head meetings when required Ensures that all applicable policies and procedures that fall within the scope of this job description are followed and adhered to. Assists in overseeing facility maintenance and inspections (internal and external) In the absence of the Facility Director takes on all administrative responsibilities.
